At Kamna Cosmetics, we take great care in delivering our products to you.
All our products go through strict quality checks before dispatch.
Since these are beauty & personal care items, we follow a No Return / No Exchange policy, except in cases where the product delivered is damaged or defective.
Return & Replacement Conditions
You can request a return/replacement only if:

The product received is damaged, broken, or defective.

The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed and delivered with in 15 business working days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Opened, used, or partially used products.

Products without original packaging.

Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery.
Process for Return / Replacement

Contact our support team at support@kamnacosmetics.com within 48 hours.

Share your order details and clear images/video of the damaged product.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged product.

Refunds are not applicable; we only provide replacements for eligible products.
Return, Replacement & Refund Policy (Exception Case)

As cosmetics and personal care items are hygiene-sensitive products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

Exceptions apply only in the case of:

Manufacturing defects or wrong item received

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support and sharing valid proof (clear images/videos).

If approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated as per our policy. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed and Credited within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment method used.
