4. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

  • Exceptions apply only in the case of:

  • Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support and sharing valid proof (clear images/videos).

  • If approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated as per our policy. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.
